We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. Sorry to confuse, by manip i did mean contrast, tone, creating the darker atmosphere etc.
It's just easier to say one word than type the whole extent of what comes under photo manipulation.
Anyway, from what I have seen of your work, it's pretty damn good.
