Visual illusions take an ordinary subject to the boarder line of the abstract.

Initialy I saw steps...probably triggered as an association of the Title. The texture of the snow is amazing. =D

Such beautiful contrast between the dark and light, hard edges and soft snow. I love the texture the snow makes and the lighting is perfect. :heart:

I quite like this piece. There's something cool about the simplicity of it. The fact that the snow looks so soft and puffy. Or maybe it's just coz I haven't seen snow in a long looong time. Either way, I really like this. I like the b+w-ness of it, I like the abstractness of it and I reeally like the pattern-ness of it. Very cool shot. :)
